Butt Augmentation / Enlargement / Reduction

Redefine Your Curves

Butt augmentation is an aesthetic surgery performed to add volume to the buttocks area, improve its shape or achieve a more symmetrical appearance. Two main techniques are used: fat injection (BBL – Brazilian Butt Lift) and silicone implant placement. Butt reduction is performed by fat removal and/or tissue removal.

Fat transfer requires more precise planning depending on body type. The average procedure time is 2-4 hours. Buttock reduction is less complicated and is usually completed in 1-2 hours with liposuction.

• Individuals with flat, sagging, or asymmetrical buttocks
• Patients seeking better body proportion
• Those with adequate fat stores (for BBL)

• Those with active infections or immune issues
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Individuals with unrealistic expectations

• Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL): Fat is harvested via liposuction and reinjected into the buttocks
• Buttock Implants: Silicone implants are placed for volume
• Buttock Reduction: Liposuction is used to slim and reshape the area

• Surgery duration: 2–4 hours
• 1 night hospital stay
• Special sitting pillow required for 10 days
• Light activity: 2–3 weeks
• Full recovery: 4–6 weeks

This is determined by the person’s body structure and the targeted volume. If there is a suitable fat volume, BBL (fat transfer) gives more natural results.
Controlled sitting with special pillows usually begins after the 10th day.
Fat transfer is permanent, but some patients naturally lose some fat (30–40%) from their bodies. Permanent volume becomes apparent after the 3rd month. If necessary, a touch-up can be done after 6 months.
The scar is very minimal in fat injection. The incision in implant placement is usually hidden in the hip crease.
There may be mild pain and discomfort during the post-operative recovery process, but the pain is usually at a manageable level and can be relieved with painkillers prescribed by your doctor.
It is recommended to avoid heavy exercises for approximately 6-8 weeks after the surgery. Light walks and movements can support the healing process.
